She was predeceased by : her former life partner Ritchie Lutsy; her son Richard Lee Lutsy; her husband Hansford "Hank" Mooney; her son Ronnie "Moonpie" Mooney; and her parents, Carrie Justice and Sherman Justice.

She is survived by : her children, Joyce Tuemler (Paul) of Scott Depot, Nancy Smith (Steve) of Peytona and Randy Mooney (Sue) of Dunmore; her daughter-in-law Vickie Mooney of Seth; and her grandchildren, James Tuemler (Kim) of Charleston, SC, Craig Tuemler (Niki) of Scott Depot, Christy Donohue (Joe) of Peytona, Chris Smith (Michelle) of Inwood, Stephen Smith (Jennifer) of Charleston, Summer Burford of Seth and Justin Mooney (Felicia) of Hurricane.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Danville (439 Phipps Ave, Danville, WV 25053). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at the Barker Cemetery.
