He is survived by: his wife Lillian Surbaugh Judy; his children, Vicky Killen (Dean) of Dallas, GA and Wayne Judy (Lisa) of Rainelle; his grandchildren, Tiffany Heffner (Kevin), Justin Killen (Carmen) and David Judy (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Josiah, Kate, Tinley and Asa; his siblings, Harold Judy (Barb) and Jena Ash (Randy); and his brothers-in-law, Dale Bever, J. D. Surbaugh (Barbara), Jim Surbaugh (Kathy) and Charlie Surbaugh (Mary).
