He was predeceased by : his father Lacy Smith. He is survived by : his mother Eva Manspile Smith (Martin); his son Jeff Manspile; his siblings, Janet Cochran, Johnny and Jamie Manspile; his wife Gingy (Walker); his children, Franklin Manspile, Jr. of Rainelle and Sharon Maxey of Roanoke, Virginia; his siblings, Jerry "Buz" Manspile of Rainelle, Barbara Moschella of Jacksonville, FL and Susie Casper of Mundeline, IL; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Lindsay, Tyler, Taylor, Brandis (Jonathan), Jeffery, Justin (Gretchen), Haley and Georga. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
