He was predeceased by: his wife Tina; and his siblings, Arthur "Moon" and Cora "Corky'. He is survived by: his children, Ron (Barbara), Peggie of Rupert and Janice (Brion) of Belle; his grandsons, Shawn, Steven Mullins of Fairlea, Frankie and Brendan; and his brother Andrew (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rainelle Chapel (283 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Per Frank's wishes, In lieu of flowers please donate in his honor to Bascom United Methodist Church P.O. Box L Rupert, WV 25984 or Rosenbaum Family House, 30 Family House Dr., Morgantown, WV 26505 where he spent his last few months before coming home.
