Franklin; his siblings' children, Barbara Westfall, Teresa, Michael Williams, Julie Wilson and Chris Crookshanks; his wife Twila Kay Wilfong (Franklin); his children, Heather Dawn Lizotte (Tommy) and Eric Lyon Franklin (Jennifer) of Rainelle; his siblings, Fayetta Walkup of Lewisburg, Boyd Lee Wilfong (Laura) of Illinois, Fred Allen Wilfong (Shirley) of Wisconsin and Thomas Dwight Wilfong (Thelma) of Virginia; his siblings-in-law, Tina Coughlin of Tennessee, Sherry Franklin of Charmco, George Hall of Rainelle, Greg Franklin (Angie) of Charmco, Doug Franklin (Sandy) of Rainelle and Ronald "Bub" Crookshanks of Rainelle; his granddaughters, Hannah Dawn Wilfong (Jordan Mink) of Kentucky and Emma Grace Hylton (Luis Ramos) of Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth, Emory Jordan Mink, Amelia Grace Waid, Rylee Payge, Kaiden Charles Yates and Karlie Alexis Walker; and his siblings' children, David Wilfong (Denise) of Chicago, Jeff Wilfong (Tammy) of Chicago, Elizabeth Warden (Patrick) of Chicago, Keith Wilson (Mary) of Chicago, Diane Spisak (Dan) of Chicago, Sue Mondelli (Rick) of Chicago and Ellen Gewalt (Carl) of Chicago.
