She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Lee Scott; her children, Lurene Annette Scott Ellyson and Thomas Brant Scott; her parents, Clarence Blake and Lure Blake; and her siblings, James Blake, Irene Stark and Florence Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Knopp (Greg) of Wallback, WV and Bill Scott (Lori) of Summersville, WV; her daughter-in-law Kathy Scott of Columbus, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Annetta Ellyson, Jay Ellyson (Nikki), Derek Knopp (Katie), Logan Knopp, Aden Knopp, Ana Knopp, Katie King (Brandon), Abby Scott and Alex Scott; and her great grandchildren, Leigha, Kora, Henley, Elena, Axl and Adeline. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
