He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Fleshman Newman, Diania McShain, Shelby Wood and Rick Zopp; his children, Jim Fleshman (Toni) of Ronceverte and Shelli Fleshman (Tommy) of Dawson; and his grandchildren, Kami, Adam, Kain and Jacqueline (J. J.). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
