He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Hann (Osborne); his siblings, Betty Duckworth (Wayne) of Crawley and Keith Hann (Barbara) of Westminster, Maryland; his siblings-in-law, John Osborne, III (Kim) of Smoot, David Osborne of Frankford, Peggy Dunn of Clifton Forge and Beverly Boggs (Dale) of Frankford; and his close friends, Wendy Jones of Battery Park, Virginia, Scott Rowland of Ballground, Georgia, Lisa and Chuck Moore of Danese. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smathers Funeral Chapel Inc. (675 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
