She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, April, Ashton and Hunter; her daughter Rachel Burdette (Ronnie) of Meadow Bridge; her grandchildren, Halie, Darrelle, Troy and Brooke; her daughter Renee Donavan of Meadow Bridge; her grandson Trey Lively; her sons, Wayne Surbaugh of Grassy Meadows and Paul Surbaugh (Mary) of Grassy Meadows; her grandchildren, Eli and Macy; her sister Lavana Thompson (Larry) of Grassy Meadows; her nieces and nephews, Travis Spearing and Chris Lack; her sister Stevie Williams of Coal City; her niece Lori Brammer; her sister Lisa Harless of Meadow Bridge; her nieces and nephews, Raven, Dalton and Walter; and her pet Tootie. She is also survived by her family, friends and neighbors.
