He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Lee Phillips and Pauline Bertha Arbogast Phillips; his stepson Dennis Walker "Nick"; and his siblings, Ruth, Connie, Judy, Orvil, Sunny, Donald, Wayne, Michael and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Harrah Phillips; his sisters, Gladys and Mary; and his stepsons, Chuck and Chad. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, step grandchildren.
