She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hutsenpillar and Esta Hutsenpillar (Cadle); her husband Charles Helmick; her brother Jesse Hutsenpillar; and her nephew Danny Hutsenpillar.
She is survived by: her sisters, Frances Lepley (Charles) of Dawson and Virginia Babcock (Al) of Washington Township, Michigan; and her great-aunt Loretta Cadle of Grassy Meadows. She is also survived by five furry cat babies; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
