He is survived by: his sons, Russell Pugh of Loops Road and James Walter Reichard (Paula) of Gillette, WY; his grandsons, Tyler, Josh and Nathan; and his siblings, Vicki Pennington of Raleigh, NC and Randy Pugh of Loops Road. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
