She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shuck and Betty Shuck; her husband Elmer Duncan, Jr.; her brothers, David Shuck and Randy Shuck; and her granddaughter Randi Black.

She is survived by: her sons, Elmer Duncan III (Susan) of St. Clairsville, David Duncan (Paula) of Dawson and Marvin Duncan (Destiny) of Catawba, Virginia; her brothers, Ronnie Shuck (Pam) of Beckley and Rodney Shuck (Terri) of Grassy Meadows; and her grandchildren, Ashley Skaggs (Brian), Brittany Duncan, Cody Duncan (Brittany), Dylan (Kathern), Meghan Dorsey (Daniel), Danielle Parker, Allison Duncan, Morgan Black and Jacob Austin. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
