It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann (Toney) Williams in Raleigh, West Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Toney and Wilma Toney (Smith); and her siblings, Fred Toney, Samuel Toney, Issac Toney, Shelvy Wiley (Toney) and Jan Kirk (Toney).
She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Williams of Scarbro, WV; her children, Charles Williams, Jr. of Summersville, WV., Donna G. (Williams) and Akers (Earl) of Weston, WV; her grandchildren, Joshua Williams of Denver, CO, McKayla Williams of Delray Beach, FL and Mason Akers of West, WV; and her siblings, Wilda Hall (Steve) of Paintsville, KY., Charles A. Toney (Dawn) of Mebaine, NC., Preston Toney (Malinda) of Fayetteville, WV. and Wilbur Toney of Beckley, WV.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home- Oak Hill (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5250 Robert C Byrd Dr, Mt Hope, WV 25880).
