He is survived by: his mother Kathleen "Pud" Ainsworth of Harpers Ferry; his wife Carla E. Crouse; his children, Dewayne Ainsworth (Shameka) and Angela Kutcher (Chris); his stepdaughter Stacey Pierson (Keith); his son-in-law Justin Barrett; his fiancée Priscilla Ott; his grandchildren, Javan Ainsworth, Kyle, Blake Kutcher, Paige Barrett, Dontrez Yates and Corbin Pierson; and his sisters, Patricia "Sis" Longerbeam (Donald), Brenda Fauble, Christine D'Angelo (Whistle) and Bonnie Harsh (Perry).
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
