She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Barnhart (Brad) of Ranson, WV and David Ottinger (Kate Suuberg) of Maryland; her stepchildren, Brian Ballard, Tracy Stottlemyer, Kent Ballard and Jay Ballard; her grandson Miles; and her siblings, Barbara Meeks and Robert Smith. She is also survived by eleven step-grandchildren and numerous step-great-grandchildren.
