He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Brackett (Tonja) of Ranson, Randy Brackett of Charles Town, Toby Mills (Stephanie) of Ranson, April Waters (Donald) of Harpers Ferry, Missy Talton (Randy) of Ranson and Lisa Boyd (Ronnie "Nuckey") of Ranson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-nine great grandchildren and four great- great grandchildren.
