He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Randolph Mills, Sr. and Mable Anderson. He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Brackett (Tonja) of Ranson, Randy Brackett of Charles Town and Toby Mills (Stephanie) of Ranson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-nine great grandchildren and four great- great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jefferson Chapel of Brown Funeral Homes (114 N Mildred St, Ranson, WV 25438). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
