He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Tomlin and Ruth Tomlin; and his siblings, Eddie, Johnny, David and Dessie.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his stepchildren, Betty Cook and Charles Ray Stewart (Theresa); his grandchildren, Jessi, Michelle (Sam), Amber (Corey), Chad (Isabelle) and Breahna; his great grandchildren, Kailey (Corey) of Carson, CJ and Coleton; and his great great grandchildren, Lillian and Leon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
