He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vincent Keen Sr. and Marjorie Hudson Keen; and his brother Chris Keen. He is survived by: his wife Lecia Keen; and his children, Lisa Lucas (Stuart), Priska Keen (Reinholt), Jesica Rines (David), Darrel Dickenson (Mary), Joshua Tomlinson (Emily) and Jacoba Tomlinson (Agne). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and three great grandsons.

Memorial donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy.

“so sorry to hear about Bill's passing, my name is John Hayden, Billy and i were cousins, my mom and his mom were sisters. i haven't seen Billy in years as i moved to NC in 93. but always remembered the great times we had as kids at the old farmhouse in Aldi VA and at Cobb Isl Md. i was two years older than Billy but he was always the leader when the 3 of us got together, (me, Bill and Chris). Again, sorry to hear of his passing, sounds like he had a wonderful family!! John Hayden”
