Though Bill Brad may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bill Brad leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Payne and Virginia Ann Gladwell Payne; his wife Juanita Payne; and his siblings, Ray, Bob, June, Jane, Mildred, Viola and Opal.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Payne (Sherrie) of Alliance Ohio and Shari Carter of Ravenswood. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
