With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Wayne Alderman of Ravenswood, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2025 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Fesler; his grandparents, Esta Parsons and Lafayette Parsons; and his father-in-law Alvie Thomas "Tom" Gibson. He is survived by: his friend David; his wife Lavonda; his children, Crystal Alderman-Farrell (Tom), Alicia Roman (Mike) and Isaac Waugh (Jordan); his siblings, Kevin Alderman and Kathy Alderman; his father Jerry Alderman; and his mother-in-law Margaret Nation. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chief Logan State Park (376 Little Buffalo Creek Rd, Logan, WV 25601).
