He was predeceased by: his mother Addie Frances Howard; his sons, Kenneth Gerald Howard and Thomas Michael Howard; and his siblings, Kenneth, Lois and Alice.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Hughes (Michael), Matt Howard (Kathy) and Mark C. Howard (Bessie); his grandchildren, Patrick, Lindsay, Merrell, Drew, Andria, Mark, Vince, Tara, Michael, Ryan and Megan; and his brother Gerald Howard. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roush Funeral Home (205 S Ritchie Ave, Ravenswood, WV 26164). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
