He is survived by: his parents, William Carroll Williams and Annette Luevenia Bland Williams of Ravenswood, WV; his wife Cara Dawn Starkey Williams; his sons, Jameson Cooper, Marcus Williams of Ravenswood, WV and Deshone Cooper of Wurtland, KY; his granddaughter Dalilah Cooper of Savannah, GA; his siblings, Kenneth Williams (Torya) and Danielle Lively (Kevin) of Dayton, OH; and his siblings' children, K. Jordan Williams, Carmen Williams, Thaliyah Cools-Lartigue, Calleia and Keeley Lively.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (215 Ann St, Ravenswood, WV 26164). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
