He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Goldie Daniels; his siblings, Anna Rae Belcher, Irene Ward and Albert White; his grandson Daniel Morgan; and his stepson David S. McCoy II.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hunt (Steve) of Fairfax, VA., Crista Conner (Jeremy) of Teays Valley, WV and Jaime Moor of Hurricane, WV; his stepdaughter Katrena Ramsey (Joel) of Ravenswood, WV; his grandchildren, Khaleb, Kamryn Moore, Allyson, Julia Scott, Nathan, Corinne Hunt, Katlyn Honaker and Davy Ramsey; his siblings, Jimmy Daniels and Linda Perdue; and his sister-in-law Dana White.
