She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Boggs and Dorothy Boggs (Willet); her siblings, Carolyn "Doodie" Harrah and John Boggs; and her cousin Magaret Fellure.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Keebaugh of Ravenswood; her daughter Charity Towe (Brad) of Point Pleasant; her grandchildren, Blake, Joshua and Kyleigh Towe of Point Pleasant; and her siblings, Randy Boggs, Jeannie Staats and Brenda Black.
In lieu of flowers or memorial trees, the family asks that donations be made, in her name, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The American Cancer Association, or The American Heart Association.
