She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Marie Smith (Allen); and her brother Harold L.. She is survived by: her sister Patty of Dublin, OH; her sibling's children, Karyn Stephens (David Roederer) of Frankfort, KY and Kevin Lawson (April) of Hurricane, WV; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gage, Macy Cyrus (A. J.), Jarrett, Presley Stephens, Hadley and Parker Lawson; Sadie Mae Cyrus and Rose Lawson (Gary). She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's or the Salvation Army.
