Howard; his children, Tara Matthews (Tyrone) of Fredericksburg, VA and Thomas (Ryan Howard); his grandchildren, Jermain, Jaidyn, Jennifer, Justin, Zoei, Kaiden and Ty'King; and his siblings, Kathy Hughes (Shoe), Matt Howard (Kathy) and Mark Howard (Bessie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
