He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Staats and Ashley Southerly; his grandchildren, Dustin Cummings, Dakota Southerly, Rebel-Ann Mae Southerly, Abigail Southerly, Dalton Cummings and Levi Cummings; his siblings, Linda Yoak, Connie Myers, Peggy, Mathew Staats and Robert Wayne Staats (Butch); his niece Stacy Yoak; and his cousin Mark Staats. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
