He was predeceased by: his parents, William Newton and Eliza Newton (Langhorn); and the mother of his children Ann Newton (Wright). He is survived by: his children, Wayne W. Newton (Kimberly) of Seattle, WA, Angela M. Carmichael (James) of Ravenswood, WV and Sharon A. Carroll (Brett) of Ravenswood, WV; his sister Cynthia McDonald (Sandy) of Johannesburg; his grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley Newton, James Carmichael (McKenzie), Caylee A. McClung (Chris), Lindsey and Gregory Carroll; his great grandchildren, Coastal and Isla Carmichael; his grandson Warren McClung; and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Mandy, Shannon and Brandon.
