He is survived by: his sister Anita Rowe (John) of Dry Branch, WV; his nieces, Paula Baldwin (Fred) of Bradshaw, WV, Amanda Lester (Allen) of Panther, WV and Karen Marshall (Timothy) of Raysal, WV; his nephew Johnathon Rowe (Christine) of Compton Mountain, VA; and his cousin Thomas (Tosha Mutter). He is also survived by family; and a host of additional nephews and nieces.
