She was predeceased by: her parents, Flem Dawson and Lottie Crigger Dawson; her husband Nolan Pruett; her close friend Bill Salyers; her son Don Pruett; her son-in-law James Taylor; her siblings, Agnes Rutter, Edith Spence and Leonard Dawson; and her brother-in-law Billy Rutter.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Taylor of Jefferson City, TN; her daughter-in-law Ann Pruett of Bland, VA; and her siblings, Verna Barnett (Pat) and Herbert Dawson (Evelyn). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
