He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Mullins and Belle Rowe Mullins; his former wife Mary Elizabeth Marshall Mullins; his son Ralph Mullins; his children-in-law, Brooke Mullins and Roger Garrett; and his siblings, Goldie Sexton, Nora Johnson, Elva Malone, Dixie Christian, Andy, Jesse and Lonnie Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Cooper Mullins; his children, Wesley Mullins (Kimberly) of Lebanon, VA, Steven Mullins of Glade Spring, VA and Debbie Garrett of Lebanon, VA; his grandchildren, Chris Garrett, Keylin Mullins, Maeghyn Mullins, Cade Mullins and Nathan Mullins; and his siblings, Janie Arrington of White Pine, TN and Steve Mullins of Raysal, WV.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
