He is survived by: his children, Kelly Jackson (John) of Sistersville, WV, Erica Rhodes (Tad) of Ostrander, OH, Matthew Bland of Nelsonville, OH, Terry Bland (Jill) of Hyrum, UT and David Bland (JoLynn) of Wellsville, UT. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
