He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransell O. Miller and Virginia Butcher Miller; his wife Debra Eddy Miller; and his siblings, Helen Coen and Ransell Miller.
He is survived by: his children, James Ray Miller (Jennifer) of New Martinsville, WV, Cynthia Lynn Robinson (Jamie) of Dale, WV, Thomas Eric Miller (Nicole) of McMechen, WV and Joan Alison Bergue (Todd) of St. Clairsville, OH; and his sister Judith Smith of Middleburg, FL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
