He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Stover and Minnie Stover; his wife Phyllis Stover; his siblings, Louella Stover, Joyce Parsons, Sharon Bailes, Herbert Stover, Kenny Stover, Kelly Stover and Nelson Stover; and his grandson Curtis Sheltz.
He is survived by: his children, Serena Earley (Tommy) of Eleanor, Wes Stover (Crystal) of Cross Lanes, Abby Sheltz (Brian) of Red House, Denise Roberts of San Antonio and Melody Kimbler of Madison; his grandchildren, Trevor Patton (Jessie), Summer Lyons (Eric), Danielle Bird (Travis), Jacob Earley (Paige), Layne Stover, Jakob Stover, Erica McDaniel (Homer), Daniel Winnell (Amber), Brandon Landers (Elise), Noah Landers, Katie Barker (Ethan), Josh Sheltz (Jena), Austin Roberts (Zoe), Erica Roberts and Lauren Stevens (Rock); and his siblings, Sammy Stover, Mike Stover, Karen Robinson, Margaret Davis and Freda Higginbotham. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
