With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna Mae Thorne of Reedsville, West Virginia, born in Masontown, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anna Mae left this world on April 25, 2024 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alva McMillen and Emma McMillen (Roby); her daughter Lisa Thorne; and her siblings, Roy, Charles, Cecil, Bessie Haney and Helen Jenkins.

She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Thorne; her children, David Thorne and Anita May; and her brother Raymond McMillen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Field Funeral Home (10537 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Masontown, WV 26542). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
