He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Edwards and Dorothy Edwards (George); his brothers, Bruce Edwards and Wayne Edwards; and his former wife Deborah Wulf.

He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Edwards of Clairton, PA; his grandchildren, Mikaela Robertson, Makenzie Terry and Kaleb Edwards; his great grandchildren, Ian Giles Jr. and Malaya Giles; and his brothers, Leroy Edwards and James Edwards.
