We announce the death of Leo Basile (Reedsville, West Virginia), who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 57. Leo will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Leo Basile and Dorothy Kay Dixon Basile of Arthurdale; and his aunts, Janie Dixon Tschiderer and Rosemary Gruss. He is survived by: his daughter Jane Elise Basile; his brother Matthew Basile (Laura); his nephew Matthew Basile; his godmother Rosemary Cianfrocco; his aunts and uncles, Richard "Dick", Alice Dixon, Joe Tschiderer, Kathy Earhart (Chip) and Barbara Losko (Vincent); and his cousin Katrina Brown.
