She is survived by: her daughters, Linda McCarthy, Tammy Jacobs Cooley and Sherry Uphold (Charlie); her grandchildren, Heidi Lantz (Gavin), Crystal Mackie, James Jacobs, Aaron Jacobs, Danielle Cordwell and Chad Cordwell; her great grandchildren, Jaylena McCarthy, Josie McCarthy, Juliet McCarthy and Reese Mackie; and her sisters, Patti Heaberlin, Francis Gallimore, Debbie Fortner and Loretta Roberts. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, and friends.
