He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullen and Margaret Mullen (Davis); his wife Eulalah Ernestine Mullen; his great grandchild Thadion Carter; and his brothers, Clifford, Charles, Clarence and Wilbert.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Bruce, Nick, Jeffrey, Dianne, Betty and Robin; his great-nephew Steven Mullen; his children, Scott Mullen of Missouri, Sara McDowell (Chip) of Charleston and Tara Preston (Jimmy) of Reedy; his grandchildren, Ashley (Jorge), Jacob Mullen of Missouri, Tessa Seabolt (Chase) of Ripley, Hayley Preston (Todd) of Lewisburg and Jenna Roscoe (Antonio) of Lewisburg; his great grandchildren, Sean, Shawn, Brayden, Edgar, Victoria, Garrett, August, Alden, Lillian and Eliza; and his siblings, Richard Mullen (Jean) of Reedy, Paul Mullen (Pattie) of Missouri, Cathy Daggett (Terry) of Mineral Wells, Loretta Daniells of Belpre and Ruth Martin of Mineral Wells.
