She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson Glover and Grace Lorene Perkins Glover; and her husbands, Billy Brammer and Robert Eugene Loudermilk. She is survived by: her daughter Jo Ellen Steele (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Christopher Steele (Tiffany), Kristen Thompson (Benjamin) and Matthew Steele; her great grandchildren, Rhylee Steele, Paige Holley, Caleb Steele and Callan Thompson; and her brothers, Doug Glover (Vera) and Richard Glover (Donna).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Sulphur Springs Chapel (175 Mountain Ave, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
