He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Booth and Emily Vaudaline Hawkins (Perdue); his wife Linda K Wright Hawkins; his grandparents, John Franklin, Modena Hawkins (Sanders), Nathan Goff and Nancy Elizabeth Perdue (Farley); and his brother Johnnie N Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Hawkins (Susan) of Beckley, WV and Kae Beaumont (Brian) of Warwick, RI; his granddaughters, Emma Hawkins of Beckley, WV, Kaylin and Breelyn Beaumont of Warwick, RI; his stepgrandson Justin Smith of Beckley, WV; his sisters, Darleen Norton (Roger) of Midway, WV, Nancy Acord (Jerry) of Fairdale, WV and Retha Greer; his nieces and nephews, Brian Acord (Jennifer), Christopher Hawkins, Jason Acord (Shelley), Sherry Canterbury, Christy Smith, Paula Samples and Maggie Greer; Barbara Hawkins of Midway, WV.
