He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fisher and Golda B. Waycaster Fisher-Robinson; and his brother Wayne Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Brandi Rinker; his son Andrew Palazzi of Culpepper, VA; his brothers, Chester and Stanley Fisher; and his grandchildren, Kenneth, Mia, Haiden and Hazel.
