He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Sr. and Myrtle Irene Bittinger; and his brother Robert Lee Bittinger, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bittinger; his sons, Charles "Chuckie" Bittinger Jr. (Donna), Bobby Bittinger (Tiffany) and Timmy Bittinger (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kaytlyn Peer (Ethan), Bobby Jr. (Morgan), Leah (Tucker), Adam, John (Rachel) and Lara; his stepgrandchildren, Evan, Faith, Noah, Hope, Peyton and Brynleigh; his great grandchildren, Allirose, Jaxen, Liam and Lydia; and his siblings, Anna Dawson (Rick) and Dennis Bittinger.
