He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Junior Isner and Helen Louise Isner-Goodrich (Stanley). He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Lynn Oaks (Richard); his grandsons, Benjamin and Daniel Oaks; and his former wife Nancy Fram. He is also survived by numerous cousins; as well as several close friends.
