He was predeceased by: his mother Regina Theresa Lambert (Baker); and his siblings, Bonnie Jean Fulk, Barbara Ann Lindner and John E. Gulick. He is survived by: his father Donald H. Lambert; his wife Deborah; his daughter Teresa Jean Welker (Chad); his siblings, Sandra Lambert-Pierce (Eddie), Linda L. Fleming and Donnie R. Lambert (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Eddie Lindner and Connie Gulick; and his friend Katie Kruckenburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
