He is survived by: his wife Lenore Lancaster (Long Knippenberg); his children, Karen Lancaster (Kim Gillum), Lisa Smith (Mike Sipple), Dr. Kim Rotruck (Neil), Mark Knippenberg and Suzanne Hartman (Chris); and his grandchildren, Beth Hilliker, Tanner Smith (Lauren), Garrett Smith (Eden Twigg), Jaclyn Sagal (Jeff), Haley Handera (Chris), Zack Stewart, Jennifer Wensink (Tom), Stephen Rotruck, Chad Knippenberg (Katie) and Drew Knippenberg (Jes Harding). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
