He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foley, Sr. and Bettie Foley (Reed); his brother Patrick Foley; and his siblings-in-law, James Adams, David Adams and Patty Loar.

He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Foley (Adams); his children, Anna Mae Hiett (Robert Hiett, Jr.) and Gregory Foley, Jr. (Stephanie Foley); his grandchildren, Joseph Hiett-Foley, Jayda and Gemma Foley; his brothers, Joseph Foley, Jr. and Timothy Foley (Patty); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Foley, Debbie Adams, Bonnie Mudrich (Tony Smith) and Mickey Loar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in his name to Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A. to offset the costs.
