He is survived by: his mother Donna Rae Rafferty; his uncles, Richard Wayne Hendrickson (Janet) and Neal Frederick Hendrickson (Judy); his siblings, Richard N. Plummer, Lydia George (Ray) and Edward Plummer (Patty); his sister-in-law Vickie Plummer; and his niece Brittnie Turner. He is also survived by extended family including many cousins.
