He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Gail Hoover and Betty Irene Hoover (Atchison); and his brother Donnie Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Eva Hoover (Rivera); his daughters, Christy Tate and Amy Davis (James); and his brother Mike Hoover. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
